I can't wait to read all his books. I have the same background - a degree in acting/directing - and am a writer as well, and find my theater background is fabulous training for developing characters and settings. Helps make things very vivid to this actress/writer's imagination.<br /><br />And, I agree. The Collector is the most suspenseful movie I've ever seen, and Mr. Stamp actually made me feel sorry for his character, odious as he was. He was also eminently human.
